In an industry plagued by image problems over the past decade, this year's Limousine & Chauffeur Show provided clear evidence of a dramatic increase in professionalism among livery operators. Over 1500 delegates on the show floor got an upclose look at more than 50 vehicles from 26 coach-builders and the products from 70 of the industry's leading vendors. The General Session was opened by John Grettenberger, general manager of Cadillac, and John Treter, leasing and fleet sales manager of Lincoln Division.
