GGTI Launches New Peer Learning Program For Operators

MARLTON, N.J. — The Global Ground Transportation Institute announced Feb. 12 that it will start GGTI Learning Circles, a new program designed to connect members across segments via monthly two-hour educational web conferences.

For 13 months, each Learning Circle will meet virtually to discuss a topic of interest right from the comfort of members’ homes or offices. Learning Circles will be made up of no more than 10 individuals across different segments and different geographies in order to bring diverse perspectives and knowledge.

While GGTI will provide a discussion facilitator and occasional content experts, members will be there to teach and learn from each other. This program is only open to GGTI members.

The GGTI Learning Circles will cover the following topics:

Month 1: Introduction to Your Learning Circle and Open Discussion
Month 2: Employee Recruitment
Month 3: Insurance
Month 4: Marketing
Month 5: Fleet Management & Maintenance
Month 6: Policy Manuals & Employee Handbooks
Month 7: Employee Retention & Incentives
Month 8: Customer Service
Month 9: Employee Training
Month 10: Technology Solutions
Month 11: Vehicle Acquisition — Leasing & Financing
Month 12: Contractual Opportunities — How to Read/Respond to RFPs
Month 13: Group’s Pick!
