STATEN ISLAND. N.Y. — Julia Cirruzzo-Rosenthal, owner of A Elegant Limousine / ELS International, passed away on Dec. 4 at the age of 58. She was the daughter of Joe Cirruzzo, the founder of the Staten Island-based company.

Julia was well known for her handling of the transportation of WWF/WWE wrestlers throughout America. Her no-nonsense style of conveying her expectations of those farm jobs was admirable. Her consideration of small operators for large jobs was greatly appreciated by many small to midsize operators including LCT’s own General Manager, Jim Luff. Julia was always fair in dealing with their large network of affiliates, following in the footsteps of her father. Julia truly grew up in the industry and in her father’s business.

Visitation was held on Saturday, Dec. 7,  from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home, and a funeral service was held at the same location at 8 p.m.

Here are a few words from companies and industry members who worked with and loved her shared on Facebook:

Classic Touch Limousine, a Carte Blanche Company, Indianapolis: We loved Julia and Joey. One of my favorite networking stories was meeting Joey in the bar at the LCT show in Vegas. They will be truly missed.

Global Alliance, Toronto: This is very sad. We had the pleasure of working together quite a bit in the early days and had a really great relationship with her, Joey, and Joe Sr. Our heartfelt condolences to the family.

Dave Shaw, Olympus Limousines, Florida: So sad. Always a pleasure to work with. Rest in Peace 🙏🙏🙏
