LOS ANGELES — The Greater California Livery Association will hold its annual meeting and holiday party on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at its most familiar event home, the landmark Proud Bird restaurant and venue near Los Angeles International Airport.

The group expects attendees from around California and the U.S. for the networking event held from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. that will close out and celebrate one of the GCLA’s most successful years on record with legislative and regulatory victories.

The GCLA will also announce a new slate of board directors for 2020 and the incoming officers.

Legislative leaders and the group’s lobbyist will recap the breakthroughs this year, including the passage of AB5 regulating Uber and Lyft drivers and the preservation of LAX ground transportation access while outlining plans and strategies for 2020.

The evening will include live entertainment, photo opportunities, a buffet dinner, and cocktails. LCT will be giving away free show passes to the 2020 International LCT Show at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Feb. 16-19.

With its return to The Proud Bird, the GCLA once again holds its holiday event at a convenient and central location ideal for guests whether they are driving or flying in.

The GCLA holiday event typically draws vendors and operators from out of state and creates a valuable networking hub in between LCT trade shows.
