Marketing consultant Andrea Racanelli is here to help you do just that during her LCTXtreme session called, "Personalized Email Marketing: How to Create Campaigns That Captivate Your Audience" held on Monday, Nov. 4 from 3 pm to 3:50 pm at LCT East at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Racanelli says the session will help operators learn more about how email marketing can increase their revenue and will include tips as to what makes an email prompt someone to act. She'll also discuss resources to create email content that will help you stand out and operators understand what they can and cannot do related to spam laws.

"It's important for email marketing to be personalized to a specific audience because there's a psychology behind it. You are building trust, positioning yourself as an expert, and sharing valuable information. People are more apt to respond if an email is personalized and/or directed at their specific needs," she explains.

Session attendees will learn how to build an email strategy that works for their business and their budget, as well as how to manage email campaigns and/or how to oversee an agency to create email campaigns for their company.
