SCHOHAIRIE N.Y.  – After a limousine crash that killed 20 people in upstate New York, there are growing concerns about the potential dangers of these vehicles.

When it comes to modified stretch limos, oversight is usually handled by state and city officials. Limousine safety standards vary widely among states across the country.
