Ford, Lincoln Sit At Top Five In J.D. Power Survey

Each year J.D. Power puts out surveys that look at many factors about new cars sold in the U.S. The annual 2019 J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study has been published marking the 33rd year the survey has been conducted. For the first time ever, both Ford and Lincoln rank among the top five automotive brands in the U.S. Ford says its high rankings are thanks to overall quality improvements that are outpacing the industry.
