The passengers died when they bounced into the ceiling and died from blunt force to their necks fyi Get in an suv limo with 18 people and see how quickly it gains speed on a down hill They have the brake rotors and the limo did not burn so the parts are visible.. they could also take a sample of the brake fluid and see it contains water and its 10 years old. The victims died along with the driver from a junk slumlord taxi limo operator like a few across this country Dont want to pay for brakes, rear diff fluid change etc They just want the money How about the long beach operator that their old used party bus caught on fire at a hotel valet area??? That same bus broke down on john mayers driveway Lol The solution is AGE LIMIT these suv limousines , party buses and limousines In mexico they have a 6 year old bus age limit!!!!!!! That means you dont ride in a junk bus but in a close to new IRIZAR OR BENZ
