LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Want to know how to do more with fewer people? Laura Canady of CLT Express Livery, Vince Schneider of JED Limousine, and Mike Muhsin of KLTS Limousine will help you understand ways to cross train your employees for best results during their session titled "Peaks And Valleys Of Staffing — How To Maximize Your Human Capital" on Tuesday, March 26 from 11 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.

Scheduling and cross training your employees to handle large scale events and business in multiple locations is becoming necessary to keep up with client demands. If you’re interested in learning strategies to maximize staff usage during peak and off-peak seasons, this is a session you should attend. The presenters will provide tips to help attendees establish best practices and policies to leverage their employees’ talents and increase their bottom lines.

“With today's tight labor market, all of us are struggling to not just find talent, but retain it in all aspects of our business — client services, chauffeurs, dispatchers, maintenance, and sales,” operator Vince Schneider said. “This panel will share how we are thinking and looking outside the box to better manage our labor challenges.”

The presenters will review proven tactics other companies have used to meet and overcome these challenges. “We face this issue daily and have come up with ideas to help hire, train, and retain key personnel," Schneider said. "We are also hoping to get additional ideas from the attendees and other panel members.”

Interactive sessions like these are often packed, so be sure to get there early.
