LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Ken Carter of Aadvanced Limousines; Derek Maxwell of Chosen Technology Group; and Rick Versace Jr. of A1A Airport & Limousine Service are ready to answer all the questions you may have about using technology to make your company work smarter, not harder. Their presentation, "Harnessing The Power Of Software Technology – Streamlining & Simplifying Your Business," will take place on Tuesday, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.

Software plays a part in many aspects of your business, from reservations to dispatch to maintenance. However, what really takes time and trial and error is finding the technology that works best for your individual needs.

“This is a ‘can't miss’ session because every operator needs to be able to deploy tech that will help to streamline processes and the customer experience in their business,” Ken Carter says. “It doesn’t need to be intimidating. You have to find a single area that will have the most positive impact on your operation and dominate it to be able and better serve your staff and/or clients.”

This a topic that interests Carter because it has helped him scale and grow while keeping a handle on labor spend and the ever-changing labor challenges he faces.
