The CLA holiday party was a smash hit.

DENVER, Colo. — While many members of the industry were enjoying the GCLA holiday party on the West Coast at Boomtown Brewery in downtown Los Angeles, the Colorado Limousine Association hosted an intimate dinner at Fogo De Chao in Denver for the annual CLA holiday party on Dec. 4. Nearly 40 guests attended, including new and old operators and their families.

Guests loved the experience of the Brazilian steak house where they were able to leisurely enjoy food throughout the evening at their convenience. The CLA chose this type of restaurant because it allowed flexibility in arrival/departure times for guests. Since everyone who attended technically works 24/7 and can’t always devote much time depending on their schedules and client needs, this dinner option ensured everyone could at least stop by.

More than $1,500 in door prizes and raffles were given away, including an InstantPot, gift cards, a $100 CLA membership credit, and other various items, thanks to a variety of sponsors.

The CLA Board includes (l to r) Robin Friedberg (Research Underwriters), Nikko Ouzounis (White Dove Limo), Mary Norby (Carey Denver), Jason Ramsey (Prestige Worldwide Transportation), Jeremiah Kidanemairam (Ambassador Limo), and Marcos Contreras (A Advantage Limousine)

"This dinner really showed the true colors of Colorado operators, as we had a new independent operator who had just moved to town join us.  Everyone welcomed him with open arms and words of wisdom," said Jason Ramsey, president of the CLA and Prestige Worldwide Transportation.

"Overall, this was a fantastic and low-key event were Colorado operators were able to meet new people, fellowship with old friends, and genuinely enjoy a night out!"
