Lawsuit Filed Against Operators In New York Limo Crash

The operators of a limousine that crashed and killed 20 people in upstate New York were grossly negligent in putting the “dangerous and defective” vehicle on the road, according to a lawsuit filed by one of the victim’s parents.

    Yes there are bad operators in every industry. I ask if a vehicle pulls up to give you a ride and it is in such rough shape and the chauffeur/driver is lacking in skill or driving un safe why would you get in/or stay in the vehicle. Some of the comments coming out about builders etc, sound very uninformed.
