Grace Limousine and Shuttle CEO Mike Campbell was surprised by the reaction he received from corporate clients after he addressed their concerns about safety following a limo crash last month that killed 20 people in upstate New York.

Rather than answer each inquiry, Campbell wrote a detailed message and sent it to all of Grace’s corporate clients, detailing the company’s safety record and how it maintains the fleet of 44 vehicles.
