As part of his research for an upcoming book Forbes contributor Ian Altman is writing, he interviewed executives at high-growth companies. He discovered why some companies are able to grow so quickly, while others have a hard time getting off the ground. Some of the explanations seemed to contradict traditional thinking. And, part of the key comes down to the questions great leaders ask during their internal sales meetings.
