The san francisco ninth district court has been influenced by uber lawyers.. example when the lawyer representing the drivers in california came out with a 44 million dollar settlement... judge CHEN from san francisco threw out that settlement stating " under those terms each uber driver would recieve 20.00 a piece" only to have his ruling thrown out by another judge... i am guessing one of the ninth district court !!!!! Shame on you san francisco judges on the take!!!!!! A little info for these judges... dec 2017 british embassy female emoloyee was murdered by her uber driver with a long criminal history !!!!!! How much is uber going to pay the family of this female for her loss?
