Uber Scores Big Win In Independent Contractor Fight

The Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision Sept. 25 reversing the class certification order in the case of O’Connor v. Uber, in which Uber drivers argued they should be categorized as employees rather than independent contractors. The judges nullified the decision on the ground that Uber’s arbitration clause prohibits class actions.

    G.. Thats the wrong idea... a limousine company has ots chauffeurs... these employees will be what will bring 40% of your monthly business from their customer service and your business will grow. The formula is simply Quality pay = quality service = repeat customers = company growth Most limo company owners dont understand this formula and are not making any money...
