MIAMI, Fla. — With nearly 20 years focused on providing luxury transportation services for clients around the world, industry veteran Alex Malek has launched 305 Transportation to create a specialized company aimed at offering attentive boutique five-star services for the luxury market.

Based in Miami, Florida, 305 Transportation currently holds exclusive partnerships with various hotels in the region. Using his expertise as an entrepreneur and experience within a corporate organization, Malek’s goal with 305 Transportation is to build a company where excellence in service is at the forefront of the business.

“Although the industry has experienced a lot of changes over the past few years, I know there is still a strong need for first-class chauffeured transportation services in the luxury market. 305 Transportation is dedicated to meeting the demands of this market by bringing back a premier service that exceeds what clients would expect,” said Malek. “Providing our clients with the highest level of attention is the cornerstone of this company. We are dedicated to maintaining these exceptional standards with every individual, group, and business we serve.”

In 2004, Malek originally founded Worldwide Transportation, with a client base that consisted of some of the top hotels in the Miami region. Worldwide Transportation heavily thrived due to its convenient location at Opa-Locka Executive Airport, where it was steps away from where private planes landed. Additionally, with his understanding of the importance of having top-notch chauffeurs represent his company, Malek invested a large quantity of time in customer service training.

Malek also recognized diverse language skills were an essential aspect of serving an international base of high-profile clients, so he made sure many of his chauffeurs were multilingual. All chauffeurs are background checked and drug tested to ensure the uppermost level of security for their passengers. Dav El | BostonCoach saw a lot of value in the assets of Worldwide Transportation and purchased the company in 2016. With the purchase, Malek was brought on as VP of sales where he oversaw sales efforts in the Southern Florida market under the Dav El Miami brand.

305 Transportation uses the latest technology to keep track of logistics, personnel, and air travel. They aim to provide a variety of transportation services, ranging from airport transfers and special occasions to meetings and events. In order to accommodate any number of passengers, the company’s fleet will range from sedans to mini coaches.

Malek is an honorary member of Les Clefs d’Or U.S.A. He’s also a board member for the Global Business Travel Association, South Florida chapter and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory and serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Florida Concierge Association. Additionally, Malek is involved in other Southern Florida community organizations, including the Greater Miami Beach Hotel Association, the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and HSMAI South Florida.
