Company Adds Coach Service With New Van Hool

ALBANY, NY –- Premiere Transportation took delivery of a 2018 Van Hool CX45 luxury motorcoach from ABC Companies in Camden, N.J. in March.

The new 60 passenger ADA-compliant coach is powered by a Cummins ISX engine coupled to an Allison B500 Gen5 transmission, and includes Grande Lux seating, woodgrain flooring, REI Elite entertainment system, all interior LED lighting, restroom, Wi-Fi and 120 volt outlets, as well as Van Hool’s unique rear passenger window. The coach also offers plenty of safety features such as three-point seat belts, back up camera, lane departure warning, antilock brakes, day light running lights, and curbside lighting.

The new Van Hool takes Premiere to the next level of providing upscale transportation, said David J. Brown, President and CEO of Premiere. Within a week of taking delivery, Premiere signed on the Albany pro arena football team “The Albany Empire.” Premiere will be handling the team on all of its away games in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.

This coach has opened up a new market areas for Premiere, Brown said. The synergies created for sales and marketing between the two companies has been tremendous, he added.

Founded in 1990, Premiere Transportation caters to many diverse clients including fortune 500 companies, college and school transportation, an extensive amount of transportation networks, the Department of Defense, and healthcare related businesses. The company operates a combined fleet of over 60 vehicles which include more than 15 mini-buses, mid-size buses, and its new 60-passenger coach.
