Cocktails will be served starting at 6:30pm on April 29, with a delectable dinner to follow at 7:30pm. According to the hotel's website, it's here that "Latin cuisine, drawing on Spanish, Caribbean, and South American flavors, is crafted with local, seasonal ingredients, and small and large plates encourage sharing and socializing. The Summit ditches the hustle and bustle of trade shows, and swaps it for a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easier to get to know your fellow operator. You'll get to discuss pressing issues and learn valuable information to help you run your business better, of course...but you'll do it all in a setting that encourages you to be real with one another. Nothing inspires more than dining on indulgent meals together in an environment that provides the prime opportunity to improve your work/life balance.
