STERLING, Va. --- Kristina Bouweiri, owner and operator of Reston Limousine, one of the Washington D.C. area’s largest limousine and shuttle services, didn’t exactly plan to be a successful business woman. “I call myself an accidental entrepreneur,” Bouweiri said.
