NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Owning a highly effective chauffeured ground transportation company requires more than just booking and scheduling trips in an efficient manner.

Sean Arena, CEO of Limo Anywhere, and Bill Faeth of Limo University recently recognized achieving optimum business growth requires technical knowledge of booking platforms in addition to strategic sales knowledge.

“Our goal is to help our customers get the most out of the Limo Anywhere platform, and we do that very well,” Arena said. “However, when it comes to training operators on business/operational fundamentals to effectively manage and grow their enterprise, we don’t have the in-house expertise or bandwidth to provide that type of consultation. Limo U helps us fill this gap,” he said.

Through a series of six online training lessons, founder of Limo University and former limo operator Faeth covers topics ranging from industry terminology and business best practices to valuable sales and marketing strategies.

“Our mission at Limo U is to educate limousine operators on the steps they should take to grow their businesses,” Faeth said. “With Limo Anywhere, we are able to reach a wider audience and deliver highly-specific information to them.”

As the first concerted effort to combine established industry tools with professional skills training, the Limo Anywhere/Limo University partnership marks a shift in how companies integrate their sales and marketing processes. For example, the trainings provide younger, newer Limo Anywhere customers with a roadmap for navigating this complex, rapidly evolving marketplace.

Both entities plan to seek out new ways to support their respective ecosystems and the industry as a whole. Now, however, they’ll be advancing alongside each other.

At Limo University’s upcoming {LAB} Live event in Nashville, Limo Anywhere will be holding Advanced User Groups for participants interested in improving the ways they use the platform.
