Everyone gets busy, and LCT understands. That's why we've extended the deadline for submissions just a little further. Applications are now due NO LATER than Monday, Jan. 22, giving eligible operators another weekend to work on them.

The OOY Awards, which celebrate excellent performance in luxury ground transportation, will be announced on March 13.

Winners enjoy a bonanza of marketing, status, publicity, and prestige throughout the industry for many years to come, and often get quoted in LCT Magazine. Affiliates notice too.

Since 1990, the OOY Awards have been the leading national and global recognition of business excellence in the limousine and luxury ground transportation industry.

Categories include Operator of the Year in the 1-10, 11-30, 31-50, and 51+ fleet vehicle categories; Global Operator of the Year, open to companies based outside of the 50 United States; and Motorcoach Operator of the Year.

All luxury ground transportation companies (limousine/livery, chauffeured service, luxury bus, etc.) in good standing are eligible to apply.

LCT accepts applications exclusively online with options to attach supporting documents. Operators are encouraged to answer questions as thoroughly and accurately as possible.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, Jan. 22. LCT then selects two to four finalists in each category and sends their materials to a panel of judges who separately score companies in the following areas: Customer service, safety/insurance, media/marketing, technology usage, chauffeur/staff training, and community/industry involvement.

Finalists will be notified privately. Winners will be announced at the annual LCT Awards Celebration gala dinner to be held Tuesday, March 13 at 7 p.m. during the International LCT Show at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

OOY Winners also will be mentioned in the Post-Show issue of LCT Magazine and on www.lctmag.com.
