Take Action To Oppose Safe Harbor For TNCs

The National Limousine Association and members of the industry must urge their Senators to oppose Senator Thune's amendment 1658 to the tax bill that would give safe harbor to Uber and Lyft in misclassifying their workers as independent contractors.

    In california alone the loss is about 500 million dollars
