Waze To Roll Out Carpool App Across California

Uber and Lyft talk a big game about transforming the roads, increasing carpooling, and reducing traffic. While both companies have succeeded in getting people used to the idea of hiring an on-demand driver and sharing that ride with strangers, neither has cracked the code for traditional carpooling.

So Waze, the Alphabet-owned mapping and navigation app, is giving it a shot.

    There are too many variables with a carpooling system. INSURANCE, who is driving, personal safety just a few. Guber and lyft have manage to congest 14 of the 40 major airports nation wide, the drivers they have are ordinary folks that did not have a real job or carreer. Guber averages 40 accidents per day etc etc etc. Just like food delivery apps etc that shut down and burned through investors $$$$$ Its all a bubble thats ready to burst
