Party Bus Involved In Shootings Was Illegal, Feds Say

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --- The FMCSA requires licensed companies to have inspections and proper insurance. The service invovled in the shootings was not listed on in the federal free app Safer Bus, where you can now search for legal operations.
