WASHINGTON, D.C. -- City police have released video of two suspects seen setting a fire to a limousine and damaging another vehicle in downtown Washington, D.C. on Inauguration Day.

The video shows one of the suspects throwing a lit flare through a broken window of the vehicle while another suspect threw an object at a parked SUV behind the limo.

    This was a horrible act on the part of rioters. I do hope they are caught and pay for these damages. Limousines are not cheap and when you can't use yours you lose money. Prayers for this company.
