Silverado Stages, Leasing Company Merge Bus Operations

Silverado Stages Inc. and Michelangelo Leasing Inc. have entered into a merger agreement combining the two well established motorcoach companies into a single, broadly capable and service-oriented passenger transportation business. The deal was announced on Dec. 19, 2016.
