I think we are seeing a change in travel patterns, especially on the non business side. people have busy lives, and yes they can go to Trivago, or some other travel help site, but they don't have the time. they are frustrated with all the choices, what they want is service. They know that it may cost a bit more, but they have an advocate for them and their time, and enjoyment is not taken from their lives. And this will benefit our industry. there are still local travel agencies, and we can be a great help to them.
