Lincoln Invests In Personal Customer Experiences

Known as “The Lincoln Way,” the American automaker is focusing on ways to personalize client care and attention while saving time.

The new suite of enhanced client experiences includes valet pickup and delivery service, and will begin with the all-new 2017 Lincoln Continental this fall.

The company also will open a Lincoln Experience Center at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., where customers can engage with Lincoln products and connect with relevant luxury information, activities and experiences.
