Setting the stage for conflict with Minneapolis officials, the car-sharing business Lyft is scheduled to launch in Minneapolis on Thursday, news sources report.

    I hope they run these illegally run operations out of town. Keep fining them and impounding their cars. Sooner or later they will either follow the rules or get the hell out of town. I prefer the latter.
