Authorities Support Murder Charge Against Party Bus Operator

The California Highway Patrol has recommended a murder charge be filed against the owner of a "party bus" after a 24-year-old man fell out of it and died on the 101 Freeway last year in Studio City.

    Its very sad that the district attorney has changed his mind about filing murder charges against this owner. There is no doubt in my mind that someone made some phone calls and asked for a big favor.....
