Technology Adds Chauffeur Testing, Training Features

Posted on February 11, 2014

HARTFORD, Conn. —, a software for limousine companies to manage employee availability, scheduling, and dispatch, has added new features to help test and train chauffeurs.  “The program puts the responsibility of managing and reporting availability on the chauffeur where it should be, instead of constantly draining an office resource.” says Michael Lindsey, the creator of the program. works for all companies of any size, employee or IO model, and allows each chauffeur to log in and adjust their own availability within the parameters the company sets.  It will track the chauffeurs’ license expirations, birthdays, anniversaries, smoker or non-smoker status, and more.

The program now allows companies to setup one-time or periodic testing and training. Companies can use the pre-stocked library of questions, change the questions, or add their own. Scores will be tallied and management will be notified if the employee is ok to continue or needs re-training. The program will even show the company which areas the group as a whole is doing well in and which areas need to be addressed.

“This is a concept I’ve been working on for quite a while. Our chauffeur training classes take hours and half the time we are covering common chauffeur etiquette and basic chauffeuring principals as a refresher” says Lindsey. “This allows a company to setup period testing to remind and instill good practices automatically and lets their meetings be more productive with company specific training and policy topics.”

The Testing and Training Module is currently being offered for free with a company’s paid subscription that starts at $29.99 per month.
