Family Of Girl Killed In Accident Wants Uber To Pay

SAN FRANCISCO -- The family of a 6-year-old girl who was killed in a crosswalk by an Uber-affiliated driver in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood on New Year's Eve wants the high-profile startup to be held liable for the accident, which also left the child's mother and brother injured.
