2015 Cadillac Escalade Mini-Configurator Reveals More Details

Posted on January 6, 2014

DETROIT — The 2015 Cadillac Escalade has been on everyone's radar since spy photographers first captured shots of the exterior and interior, and the SUVs recent debut late last year. Cadillac says the Escalade name bears so much weight and clout for the brand, that it couldn't change it to the American luxury brand's newer, three-letter nomenclature as seen on the 2014 Cadillac XTS, CTS, and ATS. And for potential shoppers and enthusiasts, Cadillac has launched a mini-configurator that reveals the newest-gen's trim and color options.

While all 2015 Cadillac Escalades will be rear-wheel drive and powered by a commanding 6.2-liter V-8 good for 420 horsepower, buyers will be able to choose from three distinct trims; All-wheel drive will be available on all trims, and power on all 2015 Escalade models is exclusively delivered via a six-speed automatic transmission.
