Joe, lest agree to disagree shall we? From coast to coast the appsters have intruded in to a well regulated market and as they did they have openely defied being regulated with the same rules as every other operator. If there were no Uber it is fair to say that this individual may not have even been on that street at that very hour and moment the child was killed. This mind you as 'ABC' drivers and vehicles were going about their charter trip operations rather than trolling the streets. And in other news sources we read that Uber is now distancing itself from liability under its contract with the driver. Cute trick.
