Infant Death Triggers Scrutiny of Jitney Rules In New Jersey

WEST NEW YORK -- Standing at the site where an 8-month-old baby was struck and killed after an accident involving a jitney bus in July, transportation union officials and politicians today pledged the girl's death will not be in vain.
