GCLA To Host Third Annual Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament

Posted on October 31, 2013

TORRANCE, Calif. — Limo operators and industry vendors from all over California will converge on Penske Cadillac in Torrance on Nov. 16 to try their hand at the third annual Greater California Livery Association Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament. First place will garner a new 50-inch flat screen TV donated by Don Brown Bus Sales, and dollar payments will be allotted to second through sixth place contestants. A $100 buy-in gets you 2500 in chips, as well as a food ticket and two drink tickets.

There will also be a silent and live auction on various items like sports memorabilia, spa gift cards, timeshares, dinner vouchers, and more. If you’d like to attend the event but not enter the tournament, you can purchase party tickets for $25.

You can sponsor a table for $250-per table, which gets your name on the table, recognition at the event, and promotional items in goody bags handed out. And you can purchase a table for $1,250-per table, where you get nine players, nine buy-ins, and nine re-buys on top of the table sponsor package, which when all tallied up saves you $350.

Tickets are limited, so sign up as soon as you can by registering here.

Proceeds from the event will also go towards the Knights of Pythias Youth Camp for inner city youths.
