Hyundai Unveils 2015 Genesis Sedan

Posted on October 25, 2013

TORRANCE, Calif. — Hyundai Motor Co. released new details about its redesigned 2015 model-year Hyundai Genesis full-size sedan on Thursday for a vehicle expected to be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show in January.

The South Korean automaker touted the vehicle's styling, all-wheel-drive system, safety add-ons, and convenience features.

For the first time since introducing the Genesis in 2008, Hyundai will include an all-wheel drive system. The HTRAC system electronically controls torque split between the front and rear axles depending on road and driving conditions so drivers gain greater stability on slippery roads and in corners. It also allows drivers to toggle driving modes, according to Hyundai.
