LCT Show East Emphasizes Useful Business Tools

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The educational sessions for LCT Show East have just been released, and the itinerary is packed full of useful and practical seminars that will provide operators with vital knowledge for their business.

The program was handcrafted by the National Limousine Association so that operators will be able to leave the sessions with ready-to-use information they can put into play the minute they get back to the office. They will learn how to make more money, improve their operations, and get a leg up on trends and legislative issues that will affect their daily business practices.

Dispatching: Best Practices

New and long-time operators can always benefit from taking a second look at their dispatching processes. This session will give a fresh perspective on hiring, training, and scheduling as well as discuss challenges such as how much authority to allow and whether or not to cross train.

In Case of Emergency: Best Safety Practices
Do your drivers know what to do if an accident occurs or if there is an emergency? Learn how to arm your chauffeurs with the training they need to handle a vehicle accident or emergency.
