London Company Simplifies Global Limo Prices, Payments

Posted on April 24, 2013

LONDON —U.K. operator Reza Choudhury recently set up a way for limousine operators to instantly get chauffeured vehicle rates for hundreds of locations worldwide and make reservations.

Called One Zone-One Price, the international rate cards for Reliance Worldwide divides locations around the globe into 10 pricing zones. All-in transfer and as-directed rates are listed for three chauffeured vehicle categories: Business, Luxury and MPV. The all-in rates include gratuities, tolls, parking, value-added taxes and any local fees.

The rates are calculated based on standard trips between airports and city centers, reflecting the most common travel routes of ground transportation. Rates are denominated in Dollars, Euros and Pounds. The rate cards, accessible through a “Quick Quote” feature on the Reliance website, went live April 1.

The new rate structure at Reliance provides a one-stop shop for any limousine operator, whether that operator has affiliates or not. It especially is suited to small and medium fleet size operators who do not have the vast global networks of the larger companies. It saves them the time, money and hassle of having to make multiple calls with different providers.

“This helps the small and medium operators to be strong and efficient and comfortable and to say they are global,” said Choudhury, the CEO and founder of Reliance Worldwide, which has 45 vehicles based in London. “Even today the smaller operators are finding that to do business and refer it internationally, they don’t fully understand the markets and are apprehensive about getting it wrong.”

The rate structure offers clear cancellation policies and times for specific locations around the world.

Choudhury is also a founder of EuroLimousine.net, a network of affiliated chauffeured transportation companies in 25 nations. His company recently launched a redesigned website offering an array of professional chauffeured services.
