Chauffeur In L.A. Involved In Two Crashes, One Fatal

VAN NUYS, Calif. — A limo driver who was apparently involved in a hit-and-run crash Wednesday in Van Nuys was involved in a fatal accident shortly afterward, authorities said.

    Based on the license plate and the TCP on the bumper this is an illegal vehicle. All California TCP #s can be verified on the California Public Utilities Commission website. Sad situation for fatality but more evidence of how illegal operators slowly destroying LA Market.
