ABA Produces Crisis Management Video

Posted on December 18, 2012

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Crashes and accidents involving motorcoaches have been put front and center in the last couple of years with extensive media coverage. In response, the American Bus Association has created a video to provide charter and tour operators with tips on how to deal with crises involving their vehicles.

This crisis management seminar was originally presented by ABA's Dan Ronan to the California Bus Association and published to YouTube on Nov. 30.

The video is 20 minutes long and can be viewed below:

Dan Ronan gives some great advice in this video. If you are an American Bus Association member, Dan provides his cell phone so you can call him direct, should you have a crisis. The ABA will also address all reporter phone calls and handle all press releases if needed.
