It is not a good feeling when you pour a lot of effort and resources into a project that ends up being ignored by the people for whom it was created. Many executives have heard about the power of social media marketing by now and have created business pages on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc. But how many are actually successful in sparking a conversation between the company and its clients?
