In the wake of another party bus-related death in California, a local media website is asking a serious question that now confronts the chauffeured transportation industry.

As is the case with high-profile motorcoach accidents, limo bus deaths will undoubtedly attract attempts to legislate and regulate, especially in the hyper-regulatory state of California.

Operators need to pay attention, as liability burdens and costs could become bigger factors in running limo buses.
