BeTransported.Com Launches New National Limo Reservation System

SECAUCUS, N.J. — BeTransported.com, a national online booking website for limousine and sedan service, on Tuesday launched an all new website with a state-of- the-art reservation system for corporate and leisure customers.

The website enables the customer to select from multiple vendors within a city and easily compare rates, customer ratings, and vehicle choices all in one location.


“We redesigned the overall user experience with the customer in mind,” said David Seelinger, BeTransported.com Chairman and CEO, in a statement. “We wanted to achieve a streamlined process so the customer could compare limousine companies by customer ratings and rates while easily selecting their vehicle choice all in one step.”

Seelinger, also CEO of Empire CLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services, ranked No. 1 on the 2012 LCT 100 Largest Fleets List, further stated: “We are a service based industry that provide much more than a car to take you from Point A to Point B. It is really about the overall experience. We believe that we have achieved what others have not by adding a guarantee to our service and a certification process for all of our vendors nationwide to ensure superlative service.”

The new website will allow customers to not only make reservations quicker, but to see real-time routing information as they book their reservation on the website via a new mapping integration.

“The speed and ease of making a reservation is paramount to the corporate traveler and the ability to compare vehicle amenities and pricing is critical to the leisure limousine user. We believe that we have developed a platform that will benefit both with this release,” Seelinger said.

About 700 chauffeured transportation companies are part of the BeTransported.com network. The site was redeveloped with the help of Inbound Marketing Agents, a new company started by former Nashville, Tenn., operator Bill Faeth. Faeth told LCT a team spent the last three months completely revamping the user interface and website with coders from Microsoft hired by Seelinger.

BeTransported.com launches a national ad campaign on Thursday with Google.
