FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ind. — A grand opening of Aadvanced Limousines’ new headquarters will be held Sunday, June 24 at the former Franklin Township Fire Station #51.
The opening of Aadvanced Limousine’s office at 8614 Southeastern Ave. ends a two-year vacancy of this recognizable municipal building. The open house and tour of the corporate headquarters, which has been undergoing renovations since September 2011, is being sponsored by Aadvanced Limousines.
The 12:30 p.m. opening ceremony will take place as part of Wanamaker’s Annual Old Settler’s Day Festival and Car Show, being held Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The celebration features a hog roast, live music from Island Breeze, a caricature artist, door prizes and much more.
Reservations of the Aadvanced Limousine’s “Pink Lady,” a hot pink Chrysler 300 super stretch limousine, made during the event will result in 25% of the proceeds being donated to the Central Indiana Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Chapter to support breast cancer research.
Aadvanced Limousine is a privately held company and woman-owned business that was founded in 2004 by entrepreneurs Kristie Carter and her brother Kenneth Carter. Established with only one contractor on a shoestring budget, Aadvanced Limousines has grown into a multi-million dollar business with over 30 employees and contractors and 20 vehicles serving clients throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
“We’re especially pleased to see people like Kristie and Kenneth Carter and the Aadvanced Limousine team repurpose this building and add to the number of thriving businesses in Wanamaker,” said Dee Young, President of The Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce.
“With the opening of this 12,000 square foot facility, Aadvanced Limousines can truly meet and exceed the growing demands of our clients,” said Aadvanced Limousines founder and President, Kristie Carter.
