DETROIT – Order banks are now open for the Cadillac XTS sedan, which has been priced at $47,495 for the W20 Livery Sedan model, according to Cadillac Professional Vehicles, which released the long-awaited pricing for chauffeured transportation operators on Friday morning. The MSRP includes a destination charge.
Incentives for the professional vehicle industry will be announced later this month. The 2013 Cadillac XTS sedan is Cadillac’s most technologically advanced car yet. First units will be available at U.S. dealerships later this spring.
Cadillac officially released the price of its retail version 2013 XTS sedan on Thursday, coming in at a MSRP of $44,995, which includes a $920 destination charge. That's below the price of the 2011 Cadillac DTS sedan of $46,680. The first XTS sedans will hit dealerships in May.
Recently named “Tops in Vehicle Dependability”, “Customer Service Champion” and “Outstanding Customer Service” by JD Power & Associates, the XTS aims to exceed customer expectations in this industry segment.

The W20 Livery Sedan model is well equipped and has some unique features designed for the livery market. Included in the long list of standard features are: HID headlamps, 19-in. aluminum wheels, Magnetic Ride Control, rear air springs, rear vision camera, illuminating door handles, compact spare, transmission oil cooler, premium microfiber headliner, rear center console and the Professional Vehicle Protection Plan (PVPP) extended warranty (3-years/150,000-miles, whichever comes first).
Three options are available on the Livery Sedan: Navigation System, Luxury Level One Package, and Rear Seat Comfort Package.
The 2013 Cadillac XTS W20 Livery Sedan debuted at the 2012 International LCT Show in Las Vegas on Feb. 14-16, and attracted a high volume of trade show foot traffic and interest.
The closest competitor to the Cadillac XTS livery sedan, the 2013 Lincoln MKT Town Car, has initially been selling for $43,200. The pricing of the two vehicles -- competitive forerunners in the decades long limousine competition between Lincoln and Cadillac -- are at one of their closest points ever. The Lincoln MKT costs about $2,000 more than its predecessor, the 2011 Lincoln Town Car Executive L, while the price of the new XTS livery sedan falls several thousand dollars below that of its predecessor, the 2011 Cadillac DTS sedan.
