Meet The Best Cab Driver In The Nation

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Albert Tracy has been driving a taxi for just four years, but he's made an impressive mark during that time.

The white-haired, easy-speaking driver from the Valley was named national Taxicab Driver of the Year by the trade group that represents the industry, the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association.
