    An operator with a 1999 junk party bus that has no payments v. An operator that purchased a new party bus with a loan and payments is not going to allow the common things that mom and pop operators allow. Get rid of the junk party buses made in a back yard and you get rid of 80% of the problems. Age limit on party buses will eliminate deaths and problems with party buses.
