LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- LCT Publisher Sara Eastwood was given the NLA Lifetime Achievement Award on Feb. 14 for her two decades of work and involvement with the chauffeured transportation industry.

The NLA Lifetime Achievement Award is considered the highest honor in the industry, and Eastwood is only the fifth person to receive it. The other recipients include Dav El CEO and longtime NLA board director Scott Solombrino; Music Express CEO Cheryl Berkman; Ford executive John Teeter; and Bobit Business Media CEO Ty Bobit.

The award recognizes individuals who dedicate themselves to the advancement, improvement, and growth of the chauffeured transportation industry. Sara first joined the industry in 1991 as a trade show manager for Bobit Business Media, which owns LCT Magazine and the International LCT Show franchise. In 1994, she was promoted to Publisher of LCT Magazine and later added the role of Chairwoman of the International LCT Show. She has served as a non-voting board member of the National Limousine Association and as a liasion between the NLA and LCT since 1991.

Since Sara became Publisher in 1994, LCT Magazine has evolved into a premium, award-winning B2B magazine and website that stands as the leading and most respected marketplace, content-provider, and advocacy forum for the chauffeured transportation industry. Sara also has led efforts to develop and secure high standards of professionalism and business ethics throughout the industry.

During the awards ceremony in a ballroom at the MGM Grand Hotel, NLA President Diane Forgy said of Sara: "Since 1991 Sara Eastwood has dedicated her professional life to the chauffeured transportation industry. It is her extraordinary passion, her incredible innovation, and her unwavering leadership that the National Limousine Association wants to recognize tonight. . . Your amazing contribution to our organization, its members and the entire chauffeured transportation industry is unlike any other."

All current NLA board members came to the stage to congratulate Sara while a retrospective video of her industry times played on the big screens.
